Deine Aufgaben

Als Senior Software Engineer - Frontend (m/w/d) bei bex bist du ein integraler Bestandteil unseres Teams, das gemeinsam daran arbeitet, die Herausforderungen der Last-Mile-Baustofflogistik effizient zu lösen. Wir legen Wert auf gute Zusammenarbeit, erwarten aber auch individuelle Beiträge, die unser Team vorantreiben.
Du hast die Freiheit, deine Arbeit flexibel und selbständig zu gestalten, um etwas Bedeutendes zu bewirken. Du arbeitest mit hoher Eigenverantwortung - You build it, you run it - in einem modernen Tech Stack u.a. mit Angular 19, Angular Material, Tailwind CSS und TypeScript, Cypress, Weblate sowie Kotlin, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker und Google Cloud.

So übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Produkts:

Du wirkst als Software Engineer aktiv am Ausbau unserer digitalen Plattform entlang der Produktvision mit.
Du bringst dich bei der Auswahl von Technologien und der Umsetzung von Projekten ein.
Du prägst die technische Richtung und die UI und UX des Produkts.
Du ergreifst selbständig Maßnahmen, um die Codequalität, die Architektur und den Entwicklungsprozess zu optimieren.

Dein Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik.
Mindestens 4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem Start-Up, IT-Dienstleistungsunternehmen oder im E-Commerce-Bereich.
Fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen Web-Technologien, besonders Angular, JavaScript und TypeScript.
Hohe Affinität für gute, moderne UIs für gute User Experience.
Starke Problemlösungskompetenzen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Herausforderungen im Team zu meistern.
Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, eigenständig zu arbeiten.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Your mission

As a Senior Software Engineer - Frontend (m/f/d) at bex, you will be an integral part of our team working together to efficiently solve the challenges of last mile construction logistics. Collaboration is important, but we also expect your individual contributions to drive our team forward.
You will have the freedom to organize your work flexibly and independently to make a meaningful impact. You work with a high level of autonomy - you build it, you run it - in a modern tech stack with Angular 19, Angular Material, Tailwind CSS and TypeScript, Cypress, Weblate as well as Kotlin, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker and Google Cloud, among others.

You take on diverse responsibilities in the development of our product:

As engineer, you actively participate in the expansion of our digital platform along the product vision.
You are involved in the choice of technologies and in the implementation of projects.
You shape the technical direction and the UI and UX of the product.
You independently take measures to optimize code quality, the architecture and the development process.

Your profile

Completed studies in computer science or business informatics.
At least 4 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a start-up, IT service company or in the e-commerce sector.
Sound knowledge of modern web technologies, especially Angular, JavaScript and TypeScript.
High affinity for good, modern UIs for a great user experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to master complex challenges in a team.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
Very good German and English language skills.
